When you’re living in a state of fight or flight, the idea of dropping straight into stillness or traditional meditation can feel overwhelming, or even impossible.
That’s where this episode comes in.
In this episode, I guide you through a 6-minute, breath-led meditation designed to meet you exactly where you are. This practice is meant to be a starting point. A daily anchor. Your daily sadhana. All you need is yourself and six minutes of uninterrupted time.
