So often we tell ourselves the lie that we don't have enough time to meditate or "do" mindfulness. As I will always be an advocate for a regular meditation practice, what you do and who you are in the moments OFF of your meditation cushion matter just as much, if not more, than meditating for an hour when you have time.

Throughout this episode, I share real examples of ways you can infuse mindfulness in your day to day moments, creating BIG shifts in how you feel and life the you are creating.
