Agreement for LIBERATED: The Podcast
Host: Leslie Medley
By participating in the Podcast you, the Expert, and Leslie Medley, “LIBERATED: The Podcast” Host, are agreeing to the terms as noted below:
• You agree to participate as an Expert for one Interview.
• You agree the interview will be recorded by Leslie Medley
• The material you share on your expert call is, and will remain, yours.
• You agree to do the interview without compensation and agree not to request for compensation for the interview from Leslie Medley at any point in the future.
• You will be provided with an MP4 recording of your interview. You are free to repurpose and re-use your interview recording indefinitely and without compensation to Leslie Medley. Likewise, Leslie Medley may re-purpose or re-use your recording indefinitely and without compensation to you.
Standard Media Release
• I grant Leslie Medley the right to use media recorded by or provided by me to Leslie Medley for commercial, educational or informational purposes. I will not claim copyright or ownership in the resulting commercial, educational and informational materials in which I appear.
• I represent that I have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement. My participation will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leslie Medley from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. I expressly release Leslie Medley from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
• I hereby certify that I have READ AND ACCEPT the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and intending to be legally bound, hereunto set my signature this:
