I’m a mama, former ICU trauma nurse, world wanderer, and embodiment guide who used to live almost entirely in overdrive. I was the woman who could handle anything...push through, stay strong, hold it all together. I was deeply spiritual… and still chronically tense.
Even after leaving the hospital and traveling the world to study yoga, breathwork, and ancient healing traditions, my nervous system didn’t magically soften. I had the tools. The awareness. And yet my body still braced for life.
Motherhood made that impossible to ignore.
You can’t force your way into presence.
You can’t rush your way into peace.
And you can’t think your way into softness.
I realized the next layer of my evolution wasn’t about becoming “better.”
It was about becoming safer in my own body. Softer.
Learning how to exhale.
How to stop gripping.
How to let life meet me.
That’s what From Forced to Flow was born from.
For the last 7+ years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through embodied practices that don’t just inspire the mind, they retrain the body.
I help women come home to themselves through breath, movement, and nervous system healing so life stops feeling like something to survive.
This challenge is an invitation to stop bracing for your own life.
To remember what it feels like to move from your body. Your intuition.Â
To let ease become your baseline.
To experience softness as strength.
To feel ALIVE in your JOY again. In your FLOW.
You don’t need to change who you are.
You just need to stop holding your breath through your own life.
I can't wait to share these life-changing practices with you!!
