Hi, beautiful! I’m Leslie—an Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Master Mediation Teacher , Worldwide Speaker, Podcast Host and free-spirited Mama with over 15 years of experience.
My journey has taken me from studying yoga at the sacred foothills of the Himalayas where yoga originates to working as an ICU/trauma nurse, where I learned firsthand the power of healing and the gaps that the western world has when it comes to true healing.
My embodiment sessions have been called "life-changing" for a reason—I combine ancient practices with modern wisdom to create deep, transformative experiences.
