Meet Your Tribe Leader
Girl, I know it when I see it because that was me for so so long. It wasn't until I took the mindset tools I was learning, the new perspective I had on life and EMBODIED it through the power of my breath, Kriya & Embodiment Practices, being wtinessed in community that my dream life finally became my reality, my relationships began to change, I began to change. This time from the inside, out.
I created Spirit Tribe for myself as much as I did for each of you. I saw a lot of women who had done a lot of inner-work getting stuck in the same patterns and problems, thinking something is wrong with them and feeling alone as they continued to grow and elevate.
I am going to just cut it to you straight-
I am alllll about being resourceful, doing things on your own, & believing everything is ‘figur-out-able’ but it wasn’t until a couple of years ago, I kept running into the same wall.
At that point, I had deep dove, (and when I say deep dove, more like nose-dived) into the personal development world. I was obsessed. I loved all of it. I even traveled the world for 3 years 'seeking' the ultimate fix. the answer, studying with Indian Gurus & deep healing specialized teachers in Nepa, & Indonesia. I was learning so much about myself, consciousness, life and how to truly become the creator of my life.
I learned how to manifest and it even magically worked, I started seeing my and the world around me differently. I wasn’t complaining as much, I was speaking more of love, light and the vision I wanted to live into.
After some time, I noticed the same patterns & problems arising in my most intimate relationships with my partner and even close soul sisters.
I realized very quickly I was trying to heal completely ALONE.
The more I started to show up to very intimate (and of course, safe) space to be SEEN in my process, to have tools & practices to work on the subtle & cellular layers of healing while I consciously practiced communicating, speaking up, sharing myself vulnerably, the deeper I was able to actually implement & integrate all of the lessons & wisdom I has picked up & learned.
It took practice. In a safe space. On a regular basis.
With no end date.

EMBODIMENT MEDITATION OR GUEST SPEAKER
Each guided embodiment sessions or expert guest teacher workshop are some of the deepest healing and space for radical shifts & learning. Either paired with the challenge for the month or to align with the theme in the Tribe you will be guided out of the thinking mind and into the body to remember who the EFF you are and begin embodying your next lesson and level of life!
ONLINE BREATHWORK WORKSHOP
The OBW is a monthly 2 hour live workshop that begins with a mindset teaching to match the theme of the month + ends with a guided breathwork experience to integrate the teaching. The community aspect of this event ties it all up with the most motivating and soul shifting space! Since this is a public offering, you receive a Tribe Buddy Pass each month for a new friend or family to join you!
