With over 500+ hours of yoga and meditation training from the base of the Himalayan Mountains, I’m initiated under the Yogananda lineage and have deepened my practice across Nepal, India, and Indonesia. My true passion lies in creating sacred, safe spaces for women to awaken, heal, and remember who they were before the world told them who to be. Liberation is my love language.

Hello! My name is Rachel, but my friends and family call me Ray. I'm a Tucson, Arizona native with a passion for healing, creativity, and self-care. As a certified Birth Doula and Reiki Practitioner, my mission is to create space for healing and support those on their path of personal growth.
Through my work, I bring together my love for spiritual practices and my commitment to nurturing others. I am the owner of Love Olive Me, a self-care inspired product business designed to promote personal well-being and growth.
During the retreat weekend, I will be offering group Reiki healing sessions, helping to guide you toward balance and peace. I also love practicing and sharing various healing modalities, particularly yoga, and enjoy helping others tap into their own healing potential.
Above all, I am dedicated to being a guide and a support for anyone seeking comfort, self-discovery, and transformation on their journey.
