You will be guided into a meditation to activate your intuition, connect to your inner child and freely create art to honor the phase of life you are moving into. Paired with crystal adornments to support the energetics and a sound bowl experience.
Acupunture Healing
Acupuncture with Dr. Cailin
You are in for such a treat whether it is your first time receiving acupuncture or you've received treatment before. You will learn more about the healing modality of acupuncture and receive treatment paired with Reiki healing facilitated by Ray, our co-host.

Leslie Medley here! Human, Mama, Embodiment Coach, Integrative Healing Guide, Worldwide Speaker, Retreat Facilitator, Adventurous Spirit, Liberator, Rebel Heart, Child of God
Former Trauma Nurse turned emotional trauma healing guiding you into your purpose. Founder of She Wanders, Co-Founder of Sedona Sisterhood Retreat, Founder and Community Leader. of Spirit Tribe online membership.
Leslie has studied 500 hours at the base of the Himalayan Mountains where yoga originated in India. She is initiated under the Yoganada lineage, completing meditation courses in Nepal, India and Indonesia. Leslie loves nothing more than creating safe space for women to deep dive into their awakening and healing as they uncover who they really are before they were told who to be. Liberation is her love language.
She believes in the philosophy of student first, teacher second, servant always which brings her into a space of learning, teaching and serving any where her two feet touch the ground. She is a life-long learner, teacher of this work & servant to empowering woman to free themselves all over the globe!
With over 15 years of teaching experience Leslie Medley is known for her mind-expanding, body-buzzing, heart-opening and earth shaking teaching style.
Meet Ray, director of details, Reiki Practioner
My name is Rachel, my friends and family call me Ray. I am a healer and a spiritual being whose creativity shines as bright as the sun. My goal in this life is to hold space, and support others who are on the path of self-healing. I am Reiki Practitioner, meditation teacher certified, and I own a self-care inspired product business, Love Olive Me that promotes self-care and personal growth. I will be providing group Reiki healing during the retreat weekend.
I love practicing different types of healing modalities (especially yoga) and being able to share them with others.
